Halloween, 1986: In the small English seaside town of Mellow Coast, Emily (Hannah Paterson) tries to discover the truth behind her father's disappearance ten years earlier - but as she gets closer to finding the answers, her friends start getting picked off one-by-one by an unknown killer.
