David Simmons - World Blongs to Me

Digitally remastered edition of this 1979 album from the R&B/Soul vocalist. The World Belongs to Me was produced by Butch Ingram and features many of his songs. Butch's sister Barbara Ingram joined forces with Yvette Benton and Carla Benson as the Sweethearts and performed on numerous Philly sessions, including those on this album while David's own vocals are often compared to the late, great Teddy Pendergrass.
