Album Review: By Don Strong, The Edge Newspaper Peter Morgan, So It Is 'In his first (solo) CD effort, Welsh-born singer/songwriter Peter Morgan has produced a snappy collection of 10 bright, British-flavored contemporary pop-rock tunes and in doing so perhaps gives a new meaning to the phrase 'light rock'. He writes on universal spiritual ground and sings sweetly about God's love in a universal way, not naming or assigning gender to the creator. Peter neatly provides all the instrumental work and programming on the CD. His tunes are up beat and his voice is a clear, pleasant vehicle that reminds me of a cross between the pipes of John Lennon and Boy George. 'Colors of the World' is a lightly rockin', optimistic ode to world family hood. It's got all the crowd-pleasing sound of Hootie & the Blowfish and other contemporary pop-rock super groups, with a nice spiritual message. So It Is is light, fun and positive and should especially appeal to the young set. What more could a spiritually conscious dad want for his teenage daughter's CD player?' Quote from the album: 'My intention in writing this collection of songs is that it will inspire you to unlock the pure divinity that resides within you.'
