Synopsis

For those committed to shedding pounds, Kathy Smith's Weight Loss Workout is a good tool. The video is longer than most exercise tapes, running about 85 minutes. Within that time, Smith demonstrates four different aerobic segments and explains a healthy nutrition plan. Beginners might find the workout overwhelming. But, Smith allows for that by slowly increasing the movements' difficulty. She also uses a lot of repetitions and predictable choreography.
