Synopsis

Dudley Moore, best known to many for his comedic turn as the tipsy drunk in Arthur, is just one of the many funny comedians covered in this film about the British comics who began achieving fame back during the 1960s. Fans of Monty Python will recognize clips of John Cleese, who later starred in many popular films, including A Fish Called Wanda. Learn more about how the show Fawlty Towers came into being. Other comedians such as Benny Hill and Peter Cook are also profiled in this third video of a three-part series. Performers talk about their careers and how they credit their early work in Britain for their continued success. ~ Elizabeth Smith, Rovi
