Federal Agent Mark Reed (Kent Taylor) is sent South of the border to investigate gold smuggling. He plays a dangerous game, risking everything, to infiltrate the gang which is guided by the hard-boiled dame Solitare (Dorothy Patrick) and utilizing hapless college professor Ross Carrington (Robert Rockwell). But can he manage to discover the identity of the mysterious figure calling the shots of this smuggling ring?
