Rock 'n' roll and alternative country combine with the British Invasion sound, to lay the foundation for inspirational lyrics and melodies in Adriane Blanco's self-titled debut. His song 'In Your Arms' earned him a #1 spot on KBCU-FM 88.1, with it's reflective tone and soothing harmonies, while the driving rock of 'The Real Me' rose to the #1 spot on SongVault.fm's Christian Radio Charts. RadioIndy.com described his debut album as 'well written and well delivered. The musicianship and production are outstanding. The lyrics are well thought out and spiritually-focused, providing a positive message in a manner that is enjoyable to a mainstream adult rock audience.' Adriane is collaborating again with producer Patrick Andrew of the Grammy Award-nominated and GMA Dove Award-winning band 'PFR' (Pray For Rain). The Adriane Blanco Band is currently refining a set of new songs with the type of mainstream crossover appeal that earned them a spot in the finals of the Alice Cooper'stown Battle of the Bands. Other notable performances include The Hard Rock Cafe of Phoenix and opening for 'Creation Festival: The Tour', featuring 'Jars of Clay', 'Audio Adrenaline', 'Thousand Foot Krutch', 'FM Static', 'B. Reith', and 'This Beautiful Republic'. Adriane Blanco began his musical career with the Grammy Award winning group 'The Phoenix Boys Choir', which allowed him many exciting performance opportunities, including backing the 80's rock band 'Mr. Mister' for a performance in Phoenix Symphony Hall and opening for artists like Crystal Lewis and Jaci Velasquez at Chase Field and 'Phillips, Craig and Dean'. He also sang in the gospel choir backing Diana Ross at an NFL Super Bowl Half-Time Show. Adriane now takes his music and experiences of redemption to bring a message of hope through times of doubt, confusion and pain. As a performer, Adriane combines his high-energy presentations with his down-to-earth personality in both his rock shows and his intimate acoustic sets.
