Official Rules

Eligibility: Only legal residents of the United States, thirteen (13) years of age and older who reside and who are physically located in the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) are eligible to enter the Bon Jovi Gibson Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). Trans World Entertainment Corporation, fye.com, and those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this Sweepstakes and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes (hereinafter "Sponsors") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter these Sweepstakes.

How To Enter: NO PURCHASE OR ENTRY FEE NECESSARY TO ENTER. To enter,visit www.fye.com/wannawin, and follow the links and complete all required information accurately on the registration form. You must provide a valid email address, telephone number, and contact information for use throughout the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person, address or e-mail address is permitted. Registering more than one name/user ID per person to enter our drawings will result in your disqualification. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on 12/24/09. Alternatively, you may enter by printing in CAPITAL BLOCK LETTERS your name, address and phone number (and email address, if available) on a 3.5”x 5.5” postcard and mailing it to Bon Jovi Gibson Sweepstakes MAIL-IN ENTRY, Interactive Marketing Department, PO Box 1529, Guilderland, NY 12084-1529. All mail-in entries must be hand-printed. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/24/09 and received by 12/31/09. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DURATION: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on 11/1/09 and ends on 11:59 p.m. EST on 12/24/09. For an entry to be eligible, it must be registered or postmarked within this time period. Only one entry per person, address or e-mail address is permitted. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified.

PRIZES: The following Prize(s) will be awarded based on a random drawing of eligible entries:

One winner will receive a Les Paul Studio guitar valued at $852.

Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize is permitted and prize is subject to availability. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable value. Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as, any other fees/incidentals not included in the prize(s) that become due with respect to prize. Prize winners are solely responsible for all insurance with respect to the prize. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes once they are awarded.

Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received from all methods of entry on or about 1/2/10. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator which is final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail or by phone. Three (3) attempts will be made to notify the winner. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries, in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner will have 48 hours from notification to accept the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached via their e-mail address or phone or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

General Conditions: All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners. Entry and/or acceptance of prize(s) constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator and their agencies to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless prohibited by law. Prize winners may be required to provide their social security number upon receiving notification that they have won, and shall be required to execute (and have notarized) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") which must be returned within ten (10) days from receipt of notification. Prize winners shall also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver’s license or birth certificate as proof of age. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of prize, prize notification or Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsors option. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by Sponsors are final. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THESE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THESE SWEEPSTAKES. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes without liability. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Disclaimers: Entrants, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agree that Sponsors shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind or nature resulting from acceptance, possession, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of a prize, participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), undelivered, tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, illegible, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a technical problem (including, but not limited to, computer viruses and worms) corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.
