Players yearning for the mud-flinging rev of a dirtbike can get their kicks (not to mention their Can-Cans, HeelClickers, and Supermans) in Yamaha SuperCross. Gamers play as a young up-and-comer whose brother, a Supercross superstar, was hospitalized by the rival Nemeshisu team in the final race of the World Championships. Championship mode lets players race through three distinct series full of jumps, rhythm sections, and variable weather, in a quest for brotherly redemption. Arcade riders can choose their bike, track, weather conditions, and number of opponents, while ghost mode sees players challenging their own best times. Split-screen multiplayer support lets two friends race against each other or team up to take on the computer.
