The creators of the internationally successful stage production Stomp produced this video, which takes the show's innovative style out of the theater and into the streets of New York City. Combining aggressively-physical dancing with everyday objects (brooms, garbage can lids, hammers, and plastic jugs, among other things) used both to make noise and balance the performers, Stomp created a sensation in London, on Broadway, and on tour around the world. For this production, a collection of new numbers have been staged to take place in real-life locations all around New York, from crowded alleys to a billboard scaffolding high above the streets.
