Click on the field header labeled "Extensions" (to order the list by extension)
Scroll down and click on the entry for "ASX"
Click on the "Change Action" button
Select the top radio button labeled "Open them with the default application"
Repeat steps 6-8 for every instance of the ASX extension in the list. When you are done, click "Close" then click "OK" in the options window. Audio samples should now play properly in Windows Media Player.

When you can hear the Louvin Brothers' "The Christian Life,"Merle Travis' "I Am a Pilgrim," and Dock Boggs' harrowing version of "Pretty Polly" and then back it up with the Coasters' "Searchin'" and Little Richard's "Lucille," you've got yourself a nice little chunk of American music history, and yes, the roots of Gram Parsons, too.
