Michaels leading at-home participants through a basic 20-minute strength training workout which targets every major area of the body; Level Two finds
Lyons leading participants through a 10 minute workout that elevates upper and lower-body strength while vigorously working on one's core muscles; and Level Three features
Harper leading participants in a weight-training routine with the added bonus of 'bootcamp' movements uniquely designed by the trainer. The program wraps with a cool-down.
