Click on the field header labeled "Extensions" (to order the list by extension)
Scroll down and click on the entry for "ASX"
Click on the "Change Action" button
Select the top radio button labeled "Open them with the default application"
Repeat steps 6-8 for every instance of the ASX extension in the list. When you are done, click "Close" then click "OK" in the options window. Audio samples should now play properly in Windows Media Player.
On Pilgrimage, singer/songwriter Amy Duncan will likely recall early Joni Mitchell to many listeners with her stirring, wide-ranging vocals that favor the pristine upper register; stark guitar-and-piano-dominated arrangements; and melodic, haunting compositions. If anything, the tone might be even more somber than the most somber of the songs on Mitchell's debut album Song to a Seagull (the Mitchell record this most strongly resembles), which is saying something. Acknowledging that this isn't the newest of territories to explore, it's a pretty well-done and pleasing effort in this particular singer/songwriting style. The material's both bleak and graceful, enhanced by clear, spacious production that resists the temptation to embroider songs that are best-served by minimal backing.
