In an effort to provide our customers the broadest selection of checkout options, fye.com has implemented Google's new checkout service 'Google Checkout.' The Google Checkout service assists customers in two distinct ways. First, it shows Google Checkout customers more relevant information in Google search results by displaying the Google Checkout badge on the sponsored links of merchants that offer Google Checkout. Second, it helps simplify the buying process. Once at the merchant's web site, Google Checkout (i) provides customers with a checkout mechanism whereby it isn't necessary to share your credit card information with the merchant, (ii) moves customers through checkout with a single login for use across multiple stores, and (iii) enables customers to track your purchase history in one place at Google.
Here is how you use Google Checkout:
1. Once you have found the product you would like to purchase click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. This will add the product to your shopping cart. |

2. If you want to purchase more products, simply keep searching and navigating to the products you want. When you are finished selecting all your purchases, select the Google Checkout option if you wish to use Google Checkout as your payment method. |
3. Do NOT log in to fye.com, instead select the Google Checkout option if you wish to use Google Checkout as your payment method. |

4. To complete your purchase at fye.com create a new Google Account. |
5. Make sure your $10 discount is applied to your order. |

Important Google Checkout features are as follows: |

Credit/Debit Card Information - Your credit/debit card information is stored in your Google Checkout account. Charges to your credit card are made by Google Payment Corporation, and your credit/debit card information is not shared with fye.com or any other merchant that uses Google Checkout. |

Maintained fye.com Communications - Once you have completed a purchase using Google Checkout, fye.com will maintain communications with you regarding shipping, changes to the order, tracking and returns. These communications will be made to the email address listed in your Google Checkout account and are vital in providing you with important information regarding the fulfillment of your order. |

Universal Purchase History - You will have a universal purchase history for all purchases made using Google Checkout whether from fye.com or other merchants using Google Checkout. This universal purchase history will be maintained in your Google Checkout account. |

Important Restrictions regarding the use of Google Checkout are as follows: |

Ineligible Items - Certain items are unavailable for purchase using Google Checkout. In addition to the items listed in Googles Prohibited Products Policy, there are certain other items that are currently unavailable or that may become unavailable for use with Google Checkout (including, but not limited to, cell phones, digital downloads, magazines, extended warranties, pre-orders, on order items). When your shopping cart contains items that cannot be purchased using Google Checkout, the Google Checkout button will appear grey and you will be unable to checkout using the Google Checkout process. The following is an example of what the Google Checkout button will look like when you have ineligible products in your basket. |

fye.com Purchase History By using Google Checkout to make purchases on fye.com, your purchase history for such purchases will be maintained solely in your Google Checkout account. Your purchase history for such purchases will not be maintained by fye.com. All purchase history that you may have with fye.com prior to using Google Checkout or with respect to purchases that you make without using Google Checkout will be maintained in your My Account at fye.com. |
