Click on the field header labeled "Extensions" (to order the list by extension)
Scroll down and click on the entry for "ASX"
Click on the "Change Action" button
Select the top radio button labeled "Open them with the default application"
Repeat steps 6-8 for every instance of the ASX extension in the list. When you are done, click "Close" then click "OK" in the options window. Audio samples should now play properly in Windows Media Player.
This 12-track collection containing the very best of the big bands in the 1940s is a well-chosen grouping, not all greatest hits per se, but all familiar themes and signature tunes people have always loved. Among the absolute prime cuts are Woody Herman's "At the Woodchopper's Ball,"Count Basie's "Jumpin' at the Woodside,"Lionel Hampton's "Flying Home," and Artie Shaw's "Frenesi." It's interesting that the Count Basie evergreens "One O'Clock Jump" and "Two O'Clock Jump" are not done by Basie, but Cab Calloway and Harry James, respectively. This single CD is easily recommended for new nostalgia buffs and veteran fans alike.
